Welcome to my world, where light and glass merge to tell new stories. The pieces in the b*lumen collection are made from upcycled glass treasures collected over time. The process of delving into these glass treasures from past generations is as inspiring as it is fascinating.

It is delightful to see how forgotten crystal bowls, discarded candlesticks, and cracked vases find new expression in quirky, baroque compositions. In my work, I aim to twist the notion of “petty-bourgeois good taste,” suggesting instead a funky, cheeky, and quirky expression — a playful challenge and a deeply rewarding journey.

When it all falls into place after a tumultuous process, it feels as though the piece itself stands completely still, like the eye of the hurricane, glowing with joy and gratitude for having been given a second chance.
